Q: What is your return policy?

A: All of our jewelry is FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons (This also applies to Exchanges). If your order arrives damaged please email us within 5 days and we will work to fix your order ASAP. (

You will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return your items. Shipping charges must be Pre-Paid

 

Q: Are your items true to size?

A: Please refer to size chart 

 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: Once an order has been processed, we can not cancel or change an order. You can however return your item, once you have received it and re-purchase. Please refer to our return policy.

 

Q: Do you offer International shipping?

A: Yes, we do! ( Please note , any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.)
